Returns & Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing on mylabubuuk.com. It explains eligibility, the refund process, return shipping, and how to contact support.

Orders processing and delivery may take up to 10 days. We’re working hard to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Before you request a refund

To request a return or refund, please email us with 2–3 clear pictures of the received product, the reason, and your bank account / IBAN (for payout once approved).

Return Window & Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (email confirmation, SMS, etc.).

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged
Refunds (If Applicable) & Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed within:

  • 7 business days if sent to the original payment method
  • 1–2 business days if sent via direct bank transfer (not to the original payment method)
How to Request a Return or Refund

Important: To request a return or refund, the customer must first send an email including:

  • At least two or three clear pictures of the received product
  • The reason for the return or refund request
  • Your bank account number or IBAN for the refund to be sent

We issue refunds only through immediate direct bank transfers once your request is approved. Once your refund request is approved, we will send you a return label that you must print and attach to the package.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank — processing times can vary depending on the institution

Return Shipping

Once your refund request is approved, we will send you a return label that you must print and attach to the package.

To return your product, please use a tracked UK postal service (or the tracking method we ask you to use) and send it to the return address we will provide after your contact or the one on the return label.

Make sure to include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Email address
  • A brief reason for the return

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item valued over £100, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
